Frequently Asked Questions
Got Questions? We’ve got answers! These are some of the questions we get the most often: hopefully the answers will put you at ease ahead of making your reservation!
We pride ourselves on being one of the Portland area’s highest quality inflatable rental services and always make our rules and policies with the customer in mind.
The 35% deposit required to make a reservation is 100% refundable up to 5 days before the setup date. Deposits then become non-refundable at 11:59pm on Monday for Saturday appointments or 11:59pm on Tuesday for Sunday appointments.
If a reservation is payed in full, then the customer is entitled to a full refund minus the deposit up to 2 days before the event. Reservations become completely non-refundable (with some exceptions) within 48 hours of the event.
All reservations set 2 days or less before the event date are not entitled to a refund.
Our policy is to set up rain or shine, but in the case of inclement weather (i.e. Rain, storms, or worse.), customers are able to cancel their reservation for a full refund or reschedule to an available date up to 1 hour before the setup time.
In the case of a bounce house being damaged or excessively dirty (food, silly string, or spilled drinks inside the or on the bounce house) the customer’s card on file will be charged a cleaning fee between $25-$50 depending on the severity of the issue. According to our rental agreement, unless a bounce house or blower is broken beyond repair (i.e. unable to be fixed with a patch) the customer is not entirely responsible for damage to one of our units. Our bounce houses are made of tough, flame resistant vinyl, and our blowers are waterproof and power surge protected. However, they are not indestructible and we always ask that our customers treat our products with care.
- We charge a delivery fee of $2.00 per mile (one way) based on your event location’s distance from our facility in St. Johns.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We provide a water hose (50ft long) by default for all wet rentals. If you need more length than 50 feet it’s essential that you either have a water hose to make up the difference or let us know ahead of your event! (Our crew can provide a maximum of 100 ft of water hose for a single event.)
We always like to set up as early as possible to have time to make it to all of our setups around the PDX area! We regularly set up the day before a rental or some hours before the reservation actually starts. If you do need the bounce house delivered within a specific time frame, you can always let us know on your quote!
Yes! As long as the ground is relatively level (no more than a 10° incline) and free of trash, sharp objects, or pet droppings we can set up. Our crew can come equipped with either the appropriate amount of sandbags or long steel stakes to secure the inflatable.
Our inflatable prices start from a flat rate price for an 8 hour rental. We only charge extra for overnight or additional day rentals. A 4 hour reservation is the same price as an 8 hour reservation!
All of our units are vacuumed and sanitized after and/or between setups. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. Once the unit is cleaned, it is always inspected to ensure it meets our standard of cleanliness.
Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can reserve our premium bouncers and slides for occasions like birthday parties, block parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, summer camps, and much more!
Generators are required whenever there isn’t a readily available source of power at or near the bounce house setup area. Typically this happens at schools, large buildings, farms, etc. We bring 75 ft of cord to get to the nearest outlet, but if the power source is further away than that then a generator will be needed.
